Tom Nothnagle

We're saddened to announce that Tom no longer will be playing weekends at Verdé. His last performance was Friday the 13th of June, a slow and somber evening as the flood waters rose. It was a good run because it lent itself to smooth jazz, best played on a large hollow body electric guitar with creamy reverb, a sound that enhances the palate and is conducive to people falling in love.

Tom thanks the patrons who came to dine and to listen, and thanks to Steve, Alex, Lee, Kellie, and Brandi for their many kindnesses. Of course special gratitude goes to Chase Haldeman for the vision and the theatre that was Verdé.
